The Beauty of Bora Bora

I’ve been looking up lately into Bora Bora as a future vacation spot. Surprisingly enough, this last week is the first time I knew about this spot. I’ve always heard about it but had no idea where it was or how beautiful it was. I think the pictures and video can speak for themselves.

LOL! its almost between australia and japan ..i’v been wanting to go for 10 yrs now but wenever i think of the hrs spend getting there i change my mind.

it’s WAY past Hawaii.., if you read your maps..
but I agree, it shouldn’t be more than a 10 hour flight from LA..
and yes, my future honeymoon destination.

I spent a month traveling around the islands in Polynesia in 2004… One of the best destinations I’ve ever travelled to!! I think the flight from France is a long one, for sure!!!! I went from LAX and it was only 8 hours, so not so bad!! Now, I live in France so it’s a lot farther away… I would really recommend the islands to EVERYONE… And, there is a really nice place to stay in on Moorea… called Moorea Village, Moorea was my favourite island! I also loved Raiatea and Maupiti!
Hope you all make it over one day!! And, I hope I make it back there one day, too!!

If you are looking at a world map Bora Bora is located half way between Australia and Brazil, a little closer to Australia though, in the middle of the ocean. Hawaii is also in the middle of the ocean between Japan and the United States but is in the North Pacific Ocean. Bora Bora is almost directly under Hawaii.
