Green Tea and Weight Loss

According to Nutrition Data and various other sources, Green Tea can help weight and fat loss when you consume from 2 to 5 cups a day.  That’s about 1 to 4 cups more than I drink.  I thought one cup would do the job but in order to reap the benefits, you need to take in alot more.  Some of the benefits include reving up metabolism, inhibiting fat and reducing appetite. Anyway, it’s not an ultimate solution but another piece of the puzzle to a healthy lifestyle 🙂

  3. Which diets work for the long term. No matter how hard I try and find one that isnt a scam I cant.

  4. Honestly the best I found so far is the good old fashioned way. Eat less, exercise more (sweat), strength train and put alot of cream. By the second month you will really start to transform. Don’t be tricked by the fad diets.. You are only losing water weight which can really fool you. That’s why you end up gaining more than you lost usually if its quick. The truth is that losing weight takes time and losing fat takes even more time and hard work. So you just have to put your mind to it and focus on the long term only otherwise you will get annoyed along the way.

  6. i think the diets that work with me are just plain nutritional food with lots of grains, fibers and no fat. Stick to good proteins and carbs, eat 5-6 meals a day and do regular exercise, you will surely see the difference in 4 weeks.

  7. I love green tea and usually have several cups a day to keep me awake.

    This is good news, and hopefully will help me ultimately reach my goals.
